About VGU

Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur is one of the leading multidisciplinary private universities of India, ranked “A+” by NAAC in the first cycle of its assessment and approved by all regulatory bodies. It is a truly global university with more than 7500 students hailing from almost all the states of India and 16 other countries pursuing their education in more than 50 career-oriented programs at UG, PG, and doctorate level in 14 disciplines of Agriculture, Engineering and Technology, Computer Science and Application, Architecture and Planning, Design, Basic & Applied Sciences, International Trade & Commerce, Management, Law, Humanities and Social Sciences, Journalism & Mass Communication, Hospitality, Medical & Allied Health Sciences, and Pharmacy. The commitment has also been recognized by NITI Aayog by establishing its first Atal Community Innovation Centre (ACIC) in VGU. Recognizing our quality innovation ecosystem, Ministry of MSME provided R&D funding under ASPIRE scheme for creating a Technology Business Incubator in the University.

Swavalamban Chair for MSME Solutions has been established by SIDBI in the university and ASSOCHAM awarded VGU as the “University of the Year – West”. VGU understands that entrepreneurs are key drivers of economic growth and social progress of India and country needs young graduates with creative thinking. To ensure this, VGU has created a well-established innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in the campus and established three incubation centres and supports more than 40 start-ups. VGU works closely with various Ministries of GOI and been empaneled for training and conducting capacity building Programmes by reputed agencies like KVIC, Jal Jeevan Mission, Bureau of energy efficiency, CSIR NEERI to name few.

Faculty of Management (FoM)-VGU, Jaipur

Faculty of Management started in the year of 2013 offering BBA and MBA as its flagship programs. So far, the department is able to earn more than 5000 alumni in the last one decade. The department is dedicated to impart students with management skills, knowledge, practice and the tools they need to have to perform in their personal and professional spare of life. Within ever changing landscape through its pedagogies ranging from case studies, industrial trips, guest sessions, business simulations, workshops, seminars and certificate programs in collaboration with industry, the department fosters the development of student’s limitless potential and striving for excellence in research, education, and innovation. With the aim of holistic development of students, the FoM works to balance the growth of the mind and soul by promoting a synthesis of knowledge, creativity, and imagination. The department is dedicated to advancing high-quality instruction, training, research, consulting, and improving students' employability and entrepreneurial abilities. Additionally, it creates strong national and international interfaces between academia and business, immersing students in the workforce and preparing them for it.

About SIPAM 2025- The Conference

In the ever changing and fast evolving environment, the business fraternity is facing the challenge to combat the complexities in terms of innovative business approach to come out with new ideas to fulfill the will and wish of the 21st century’s market. The strategies devised should strike a balance between business growth and sustainability, thus carving a path towards futuristic success. With the given backdrop, Faculty of Management – VGU is organizing an international conference on “Sustainability, Innovation, Practices and Advancement in Management” (SIPAM – 2025) with an aim to bring practitioner and the researchers together to discuss, deliberate and exchange the thoughts on the practices in business management within the context of innovation, sustainability and advancement.

The conference aims to provide a platform for academics, industry leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to share their insights, research, and innovative approaches to navigating the dynamic global business environment. The followings are the significant objectives of the conference:

The papers presented in the conference will be considered for publication in Scopus, Web of Science, and reputed journals, subject to the quality of the papers and the publication policy of the publisher. The article processing charges will be applicable as per j ournal policy and to be borne by the authors.

Based on the novelty, methodology, and significance of the research, the best paper will be selected and awarded.

Paper Submission Guidelines


All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Kindly adhere to the guidelines below

  • Originality: Only original and unpublished work is sought. The contributors should certify that their manuscript has neither been published anywhere nor is being considered anywhere for publication.
  • Authors: Maximum three authors per paper.
  • Submission Format: Full Paper should be submitted only as a soft copy (i.e., MS-Word doc only. No other format is acceptable).
  • Paper Format: Single Column, A4 Size, 1.5 line spacing.
  • Font Style: Times New Roman (Size 12) with heading (Size 14).
  • Total word limit for each paper should be between 3000 to 5000 words, including all references (APA 7th edition), Tables, and Figures.
  • First Page: Title, Author(s) Name, Affiliation(s), with contact number, email ID, and ORCID ID.
  • Kindly mention the theme and sub-theme of your paper clearly.
  • Second Page: Title, Abstract (between 200-300 words),5-8 Keywords, followed by the main text.
  • All papers must be submitted along with a plagiarism report showing a similarity index below 10%.
