By accessing or using the LMS platform provided by Vivekananda Global University, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. User Eligibility

This platform is intended for use by enrolled students, faculty, and authorized staff of Vivekananda Global University. You must be at least 18 years old or have received permission from a guardian or institution representative.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the LMS only for academic and administrative purposes.
• Do not share your login credentials with others.
• Do not engage in activities that harm the integrity or availability of the platform.
• Report any misuse or unauthorized access immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the LMS, including course materials, videos, assignments, and platform UI, is the intellectual property of Vivekananda Global University or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify such content without written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, Google Calendar). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party integrations.

6. Limitation of Liability

The LMS is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Vivekananda Global University is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms, misconduct, or as required by institutional policies or law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the LMS after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
