Being a graduate of the Department of Sciences, I take great pride in reflecting upon the time I spent within its walls. Not only did the department equip me with a comprehensive understanding of biological systems, but it also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the intricate complexities of life. I started my journey as a BSC-IT student. 3 years of my journey at VGU has played a vital role in building my career. The Department of Science helped me a lot to discover my strengths and weaknesses. I developed self-motivation and discipline along with study techniques that I can use for the rest of my life. The campus placement held at VGU was a stepping stone. Being a proud VGUite, I hope that my juniors will take the Department of Science to new heights and grow out to be the best version of them.

As a student traversing the path from Bachelor's to Master's in Forensic Science within these walls, I have been fortunate to learn under the guidance of Dr. Umema Ahmed Ma'am, Prof. Dr. Surya Shekhar Daga Sir, and Mathur Sir. Their guidance has instilled in me the foundational principles of forensic science, paving the way for my active participation in research projects. This department is not just a place of learning; it is a hub of innovation, constantly urging students towards research and development, as well as curricular and co-curricular pursuits. Here, we are not merely students; we are investigators, analysts, and scholars, shaping the future of forensic science.

As I embark on my career as a Scientific Assistant in Cyber Forensics, I carry with me the values of diligence and excellence instilled by VGU.
