BIO

Anshika Jain is a research scholar at Banasthali vidyapith with a strong passion for teaching and an extensive background in commerce. She teaches core courses in Business Policy and Strategic Management and Customer Relationship Management. Her academic and research interests lie in behavioral finance, with a particular focus on understanding the relationship between socio-economic factors, financial attitudes, and decision-making among women professionals. She is currently pursuing research on the association between Jain philosophical concepts and financial planning behavior. Her teaching approach integrates theoretical frameworks with practical case studies to enhance analytical and strategic thinking among students. It also emphasizes real-world application, case-based learning, and critical thinking to prepare students for dynamic business environments.
