BIO

Rishabh Audichya is an Assistant Professor of Law in the Department of Law at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. He is UGC-NET qualified (2025) and holds LL.M. with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law, along with B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) in Intellectual Property Rights and Business Law. His academic orientation is strongly research-driven, and he is particularly committed to research-based pedagogy that encourages critical inquiry and conceptual understanding in legal education.

  • Gender and Queer Rights Jurisprudence: Interested in exploring forms of gender, sexuality, and the evolving legal landscape of LGBTQIA+ rights.
  • Intellectual Property and AI-Generated Content: Focused on ownership, authorship, and regulatory challenges in cases involving AI- created works.
