BIO

Dr Mamta Soni is an Assistant Professor of Law in the Department of Law at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. She is LLM,UGC-NET, PHD qualified and holds LL.M. with a specialization in Criminal Law along with Masters in Political Science. Her academic orientation is strongly research-driven, and she is particularly committed to research-based pedagogy that encourages critical inquiry and conceptual understanding in legal education.
