BIO

Ms. Arushi Agarwal is an Assistant Professor of Law at Vivekananda Global University. She specializes in Corporate Laws, with her research interests spanning Corporate Governance, Competition Law, and Human Rights.

Ms. Agarwal holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, and an LL.M. from National Law University, Jodhpur. She can be reached at arushi.agarwal@vgu.ac.in.
