Dr. Shish Dubey a highly accomplished Assistant Professor with a diverse background in both industry and academia. With over 20+ years of experience in IT and managerial roles within mid and large-sized IT organizations specially NTT Data, HCL, EspireInfolabs, Adobe India, Sun Pharma and possess extensive expertise in various aspects of the IT sector. Throughout IT career Dr. Shish, held key positions where he delivered successful projects and managed teams, implemented strategic initiatives, and delivered innovative IT solutions. He possesses hands-on experience in IT operations, project management, and technology implementation equipped with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry. In addition to IT industry experience, Dr. Shish have also dedicated three years to academic pursuits in a prominent UAE-based University. As an IT Head Director cum Professor, he have been actively involved in teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in the field of IT. The academic experience has allowed him to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application, providing students with valuable insights into real-world scenarios. As a Computer Science faculty at VGU, he mostly focuses on smart and out of the box way of teaching and also motivate students to adapt smart learning and trained them on their subjects by providing collaborative learning in class. With a passion for research and continuous learning Dr. Shish actively contributes to scholarly publications and academic conferences in the field of IT. The research interests include areas such as IT management, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
