At Vivekananda Global University (VGU), we have embraced the establishment of our Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in accordance with NAAC guidelines, underscoring our ongoing commitment to enriching the quality of education and services. Seamlessly integrated within our institutional framework, the IQAC embodies our dedication to oversee continuous quality enhancement. This dynamic cell plays a vital role in fostering consistent and catalytic improvement across all dimensions of our institution's performance, championing the implementation of best practices for holistic advancement. Established in December 2020, our IQAC has initiated impactful measures in harmony with our mission of delivering exceptional education and services. Join us on this transformative journey as we relentlessly pursue excellence and further elevate our standards.

Vision of IQAC

To ensure quality culture as the prime concern for the University through institutionalizing and internalizing all the initiatives taken with internal and external support.

• Ensure continuous improvement in the operations, both academic and administrative, of the University.
• Obtain continuous and useful feedback from all stakeholders of the University. Stakeholders include faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni, employers, and farmers.
• Develop quality benchmarks for the various Academic and Administrative activities of the Universities.
• Explore various quality parameters of Higher Education and best practices followed by peer Institutions and implement them in the University.
• Prepare Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and ensure timely submission.
• Promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

• Ensure timely, efficient, and progressive performance of academic, administrative, and financial tasks.
• Provide relevant and quality academic/research programs.
• Ensure equitable access to and affordability of academic programs for various sections of society.
• Optimize and integrate modern methods of teaching and learning.
• Ensure the credibility of the assessment and evaluation process.
• Ensure the adequacy, maintenance, and proper allocation of support structure and services.
• Facilitate sharing of research findings and networking with other institutions in India and abroad.

• Assess the goals and objectives of the University as stated in vision and mission.
• Develop an action plan for quality improvement in the following areas:
  • Teaching learning process
  • Curricular aspect
  • Infrastructure
  • Student support
  • Research and Development
  • Retaining and attracting faculty
  • Institutional values and best practices
• Make resolutions and frame policies, plans related to quality improvement and propose to the Academic Council for execution.
• Evaluate and monitor the resolutions passed and framed policies.
• Assess feedback from stakeholders for taking corrective measures and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the institutional process.
• Organize inter and intra institutional workshops and seminars on quality-related themes in teaching-learning, research, and development.
• Monitor the effective use of financial resources and financial management.
• Periodically conduct Academic and Administrative Audits and follow-up on findings.
