BIO

Kamal Krishna Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Management (Thesis Submitted) from Central University of Rajasthan, an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from MDS University, Ajmer, and a B.Sc. in Economics. Kamal has demonstrated expertise in econometrics, statistics, and business analytics, with proficiency in Python, RStudio, Stata, SPSS, and MS Excel.​

He has experience delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Analytics, developing course materials, and designing assignments and assessments aligned with educational objectives. His teaching approach emphasizes mentoring and guiding students in research and statistical methodologies.​

Kamal’s research focuses on management science, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility, with publications in UGC CARE and Scopus-indexed journals such as the Prabandhan Indian Journal of Management and Indian Journal of Finance. He has presented research papers at several prestigious national and international conferences, including IIM Sambalpur, IISc Bangalore, Bennett University, Goa Institute of Management, IIT Roorkee, and Arizona State University, and has received awards for his work.​ In addition to academic achievements, Kamal has earned professional certifications such as NISM-Series-XV Research Analyst, UGC NET-JRF in Management, and certification as a Peer Reviewer by Elsevier Researcher Academy. He remains committed to research, curriculum development, and student mentoring, and actively collaborates on projects to enhance academic and professional growth in business and management education.
