BIO

Dr. Shilpi Kulshrestha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur, India. She completed her Ph.D. from Jagannath University, Jaipur, India. She earned her M.Tech degree from Jagannath University, Jaipur, in 2012, her MCA from Punjab Technical University in 2010, and her M.Sc. (Computer Science) from MDS University, Ajmer, in 2008. She completed her B.Sc. in Mathematics from Sophia College, Ajmer, in 2006.
Dr. Kulshrestha has published more than 15 research papers in international journals and conferences in the areas of E-Commerce, Customer Retention, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Phishing Detection Techniques.
